The Red and Amber Boxes

The receptionist dashboard uses red and amber boxes to highlight users who have not yet set up their payment details or have outstanding bills to pay.

White – Everything is normal, no need to take any action.

Amber – The user hasn’t set up a payment method – ask them to do this before allowing them to use or continue using your space.

Red – The user hasn’t set up a payment method and has an outstanding bill – ask them to set up a payment method before allowing them to use or continue using your space.
